The project is located in Kadıköy, one of Istanbul's most important and publicly populated districts. Many visitors come to the area due to both the abundance of transportation axes and the popularity of Kadıköy. We see the scarcity of pedestrian walking areas, which is the disadvantage of good transportation. This situation creates a problem for the users in terms of coast use. While making design decisions, the most important factor was determined based on this. The concept of 'Public Space' was the first clear concern. For this reason, a horizontal architecture with massive corridors was preferred and the connection of local people and guests with the sea was preserved. In addition, this connection continues along the entire coast and reaches HaydarpaÅŸa.
